Community

We're building a community of digital nomads and travelers eager to connect. Our residents are active, hard-working, and open-minded people looking for more than just a place to stay: they're seeking a social environment where it's easy to make friends, share experiences, and find companions for adventures.

Our mission is simple: to facilitate that connection. We believe the best way to live and work is surrounded by good people. That's why we organize weekly activities like family dinners, workshops, or hiking trips, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels at home from day one.

Top Questions

Will I have privacy?

We are committed to providing personal space for everyone, though the level of privacy varies depending on the room type you choose. We are always transparent about what you can expect.

Private Rooms (Your personal retreat):

All our private rooms are lockable. This is your sanctuary to unwind, work, or relax in complete privacy.

Bathroom Options: Choose between a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate convenience or a shared bathroom (typically with 2-3 other people, cleaned regularly).

Shared Rooms (A social & budget-friendly option):

Shared rooms are designed for a collaborative living experience. You will share the bedroom itself with one or more roommates.

We always provide: A secure, personal locker for your valuables, and a dedicated, assigned bed (bunk or single).

Bathrooms are always shared with other residents in the same area.

In summary: While the common areas are designed for socializing, your level of bedroom privacy depends on your choice. You can opt for a private lockable room or the more social and economical shared room, always with a secure space for your belongings.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets too! However, to ensure all our residents enjoy a comfortable and allergy-friendly living experience, we maintain a pet-free community. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Absolutely! Splitting the cost of a room with someone is a great way to manage your budget. We have flexible options to suit different needs:

For Couples or Close Friends: Our Double Bed Rooms (with a double bed) are perfect for two people sharing. You can split the total rent of the room between both of you.

For Friends or Colleagues: Our Twin Bed Rooms (with two separate single beds) offer an ideal setup for two people who want to share a room while having their own sleeping space. You can split the total rent.

For a Social & Budget-Friendly Option: Our 6-Bed Shared Rooms are priced per bed. In this case, each person rents and is responsible for their own individual bed. You and your friend can book beds in the same room, but the rental contracts and payments are handled individually per person.

In short: For Double and Twin rooms, you split one rent. For the 6-bed room, you each rent your own bed.

Is there a designated space for work?

Absolutely! We've designed our entire space with your productivity in mind.

All our common areas are comfortable and fully equipped for work. We understand that remote work and studying are a key part of modern life, which is why you'll always find:

Comfortable Furniture: Spacious desks and comfortable seating in various areas.

Total Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Varied Environments: Different corners in our lounges and common areas so you can choose the setting that inspires you most each day.

Great Lighting: Large windows and optimal artificial lighting to reduce eye strain.

In short: You don't just have a designated space to work—our entire coliving is a perfectly equipped environment for you to be productive without sacrificing comfort and community.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Our coliving is specifically designed for those who work online and value a perfect balance between productivity and connection. You'll be surrounded by:

Digital Nomads exploring the city while building their businesses or careers.

Remote Workers from global tech companies, startups, and creative agencies.

Entrepreneurs and Freelancers who are passionate about their projects.

This creates a unique environment where you can find focus during the day, exchange ideas, and build a global network of like-minded peers. We screen applicants to ensure a great fit for this productive and social vibe.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
