Strategically located between the train and the bus station, you won't have any problem reaching the main centers of historical and cultural interest in Naples and its surroundings, such as Pompeii, Sorrento, the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida, etc.

Please keep in mind that the private room III requires a 300€ security deposit, which will be refunded within 24 hours of check-out if there are any damages.

Will I have privacy?

Your own room is your personal living space and includes everything you need if you wish to be alone (TV, kettle etc.). However, the common (shared) space in the kitchen, you will be sharing with your roommates.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Sure. All rooms are equipped with one double bed.

Is there a designated space for work?

There is either a desk or a comfy armchair in your private room, but there is no designated workspace in the shared living area.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

As we are currently a brand new complex, we do not have a current type of shared community. We will be asking current tenants for their preferences when a vacancy becomes available. We hope the combination will provide the best possible outcome of selecting the most appropriate roommates.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

The bedrooms and the common areas come fully furnished.

Any meals/snacks included?

No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?

Sadly, we only offer a cleaning service in the common areas. However, this can be arranged.

What are the laundry options?

Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members.

What is the average length of stay?

Most people are staying with us for a while. Between 1 to 6 months on average.

Safety

Can I lock my bedroom door?

Yes, absolutely.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

There's no need for safety measures. Here in the village, people sleep at night with their main door opened.

Is the neighborhood safe?

The village is EXTREMELY safe, where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

If you are a pizza/pasta and a seafood lover, you will go nuts here. As the property lies on the main alley, the best restaurants in town are just a few minutes away.

What public transportation is available?

Bus, train stops and ferry dock (running in spring/summer time) are just a stone thrown away.

How far is it to the nearest airport?

The main one is Napoli Capodichino which is 53km away ( normally the private transfer takes 35/40 minutes to bring you here.)
Another airport - Salerno Costa D'Amalfi - has just opened and it's only 24km away ( 20 minutes to/from here.)
