Our community is made up of students and young professionals between 18 and 35 years old who are looking for much more than just a place to live. They are dynamic, independent individuals eager to make the most of their university years or their first steps in the professional world.

Our residents come from different parts of the world and find a welcoming, safe, and vibrant environment where they can meet new people, share experiences, and build lifelong friendships.
