Our property is a small guest house for summer tourism converted into a coliving zone during the winter with four rooms in two houses next to each other. Each room with handcrafted furnishings has a distinct character and a calming ambiance. The full staff, including daily housekeeping and breakfast service, is available to guests. Due to the presence of cats in the communal spaces, the property is acceptable for colivers who are not allergic to cats.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, you can communicate easily in English. Room and bathroom are clean. Note - Booking allows reservation of 3-person rooms for a family of 2+2.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, they are!

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Yes, couples are allowed, and you can also share the room and therefore the rent with a friend.

Is there a designated space for work?

No, for now we have only one area for coworking. In case you wish to work alone, all the rooms have desks inside, so you can use that space for work.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

People from different walks of life. Digital Nomads, Remote Workers, Entrepreneurs and such.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

This depends on the previous guests. It is usually possible to arrive early, but you can always check with us on the day of your arrival for confirmation. Regarding late check-out, it is possible during the off-season. However, during the high season, we cannot guarantee this option. Please check with our receptionist upon arrival.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Please check with the reception.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?

We dont require any security deposit.

What if the place is not as advertised?

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.

Yes for the long term guests we clean upon request or daily classis housekeeping visits are made.
