To apply, we just need your Brazilian ID (CPF) or Passport. We also like to have a brief chat to answer any questions and make sure our coliving is the right match for you.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We prioritize residents who value mutual respect and are comfortable sharing common spaces. Our main goal is to ensure your lifestyle and needs align with our community environment. Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

It depends on our room availability and cleaning schedule. Please let us know a few days in advance so we can check the calendar for you. If the room isn't ready, you are welcome to drop off your bags and wait in our common areas.
