The building provides central heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere year-round. Please note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a traditional NYC walk-up building with no elevator. Air conditioning can be added for an additional $100 per month.

If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
