This s a dynamic Coliving Community born from the idea that housing and work should never be a burden on our financial stability, personal comfort, or sense of community. That’s why we dedicate our lives to reimagining the way people live, connect, and share spaces. We offer housing, networking, and work options so you can focus on pursuing your dreams in a light and connected way.

Our community welcomes all kinds of creative minds—people who love adventure and seek to live new and exciting experiences with like-minded individuals. Our goal is to maintain a space where anyone can work smart, build meaningful relationships, and connect with a diverse group that challenges the status quo.

The house is very well located, in a central area of Florianópolis, which provides easy access to all beaches—south, east, and north. It’s just a 15-minute walk from parks and waterfalls, with a supermarket directly across the street, as well as nearby shopping malls, bars, and restaurants.

It also offers convenient access to public transportation and health services.

The community is deeply people-centered. It was designed with digital nomads and remote workers in mind, offering the best of both worlds: spacious and healthy environments, fast internet, and meaningful connections that help individuals grow and thrive on every level.

Community

We’re building a community where human connection is at the heart of everything. We believe that living together goes far beyond sharing a roof — it's about sharing moments, creating memories, respecting each other's space, and allowing ourselves to grow together.

Our mission is to create an environment where people working remotely, going through life transitions, or simply seeking meaningful connections can live with more purpose, lightness, and presence. We've designed a space that blends comfort, functionality, and connection — with others and with yourself.

We aim to be a breath of fresh air in the midst of a busy life. A place where you can work with focus, live with intention, and connect with empathy. Where diversity is celebrated, collaboration is encouraged, and respect is the foundation of it all.

We're building a community that inspires — and is inspired. 💛

About Córrego Grande

Córrego Grande – A Vibrant and Balanced Neighborhood in Florianópolis

Córrego Grande is an urban oasis in Florianópolis that blends lush nature, full infrastructure, and a welcoming atmosphere — ideal for those seeking quality of life and well-being.

Connection with Nature
One of the neighborhood’s highlights is the Córrego Grande Ecological Park, a 21-hectare preserved Atlantic Forest area. The park features walking trails, running paths, picnic areas, and local wildlife observation — perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.

In addition, the Córrego Grande Linear Park is a green corridor that runs alongside the river, with bike lanes, playgrounds, and resting areas, offering outdoor leisure options for all ages.

Close to the Beach
While not beachfront, Córrego Grande is strategically located near some of Florianópolis' most famous beaches. Within a 15-minute drive, you can reach Joaquina Beach, known for its perfect surf waves, and Praia Mole, a hotspot for a young, lively crowd. The calm waters of Lagoa da Conceição, ideal for water sports, are also just a few kilometers away.

Food & Urban Life
The neighborhood’s main street, Avenida João Pio Duarte Silva, is lined with a variety of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bars catering to all tastes — from local cuisine to international flavors, offering a rich food scene without needing to leave the area.

Amenities & Services
Córrego Grande offers complete infrastructure, including supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, schools, and universities. The nearby presence of UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina) and UDESC (State University of Santa Catarina) adds a vibrant, culturally rich dynamic to the neighborhood.

Quality of Life & Mobility
The area is mostly flat, making it easy to walk or bike around. Combined with the peaceful, tree-lined streets and overall safety, it’s a great choice for families, students, and professionals who value an active, balanced lifestyle.

Top Questions

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Friends are always welcome at Muní!
We love having good vibes and good people around — your friends are more than welcome to visit and share special moments with you.

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! We have a cozy coworking space — and even a private room perfect for deep focus, study sessions, or important meetings. Everything set up so you can stay productive and inspired during your time with us! 💻✨

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Most of our residents are workaholics who work remotely or are digital nomads. They’re people who get things done — but who also enjoy meeting new people and having someone to socialize with.

They choose to live in the coliving not just for practicality, but for the experience.

Will I have privacy?

Yes, you will have privacy. All rooms are private, and here we truly value functional living and respect for one another.

We have well-thought-out agreements in place to ensure everyone has the freedom to choose whether they want to socialize — or simply enjoy their own space.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Booking

What information do I need to supply for the application?

To complete your registration, you’ll need to provide some basic information, including your name, passport or ID number, and your permanent address.

We may also ask for a short introduction about yourself and your interests — just to help us get to know you better as a potential member of our community.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We’re looking for people who already have some experience living in community — or at least a genuine interest in this way of living.

The ideal resident is someone who’s not just looking for a place to stay, but who truly wants to be part of the experience. Someone who shares our values: respect, care for details, and a love for clean, functional spaces.

More than anything, we look for cultural fit — people who understand that coliving is about coexistence, not just cohabitation.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
