Welcome to the heart of our community! Our ground floor is meticulously designed to foster connection, productivity, and comfort, ensuring you have the perfect blend of private sanctuary and shared space.

The Exceptional Common Area
We give you two key reasons why our main common area is the most sought-after spot on the property:

Space & Functionality: Enjoy a thoughtfully distributed layout anchored by a large communal dining table and a cozy sofa lounge. This flexible space is perfect for focused remote work, evening study sessions, or just relaxing with a book.

Top-Tier Equipment: Our communal kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring a large oven and freezer—essential appliances that complement your studio living and make group cooking a breeze!

Community Note: Professional cleaning staff maintain the area weekly. We ask all residents to practice communal responsibility by cleaning the space immediately after use.

Ground Floor Layout & Amenities
The ground floor hosts a total of 10 vibrant studios with a maximum capacity of 12 residents.

Diverse Studios: Find your ideal fit among our four front studios (two single, two double). The double studios are often popular with solo professionals seeking maximum personal space!

On-Site Laundry: Never worry about laundry day! A free-to-use laundry room with two washers and two dryers is conveniently located between the double studios.

Quiet Retreats: In the interior section, you'll find the remaining six peaceful single studios, all situated near the Inner Courtyard—a small, quiet outdoor nook perfect for a moment of reflection.

This is more than just a common room; it's the dynamic engine room of our coliving experience.

Top Questions

Will I have privacy?

All residents have a private studio within the home for more privacy. In fact, each studio has a kitchen and a bathroom.
The only common areas are: dining room, laundry room, and interior terrace.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We allow couples and friends to stay in our double studios, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please be advised that extra fees may apply.

Are pets allowed?

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! You have a work desk and chair in the studio. However, if you prefer to work in a different space for a while, you can work at the dining room table (common area). Please note that this space is shared, so maybe you can find other residents cooking or watching TV. But hopefully, there are many times when the space is tranquil and is perfect for studying or working ;)

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You'll be sharing your home with a vibrant mix of people! During the academic year, expect to meet international students aged 18-25, full of energy and curiosity. In the summer, you’ll connect also with professionals aged 30-40, bringing diverse experiences and stories. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make friends from all walks of life!

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We evaluate potential renters based on their age and occupation, but more importantly, we look for individuals who will contribute to our community. We value quiet and calm people who appreciate lovely, cozy spaces over large, impersonal buildings. We aim to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone!

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

We’re glad you're interested in staying longer! You can absolutely extend your agreement; just let us know a month in advance. However, please note that we aren't able to shorten agreements at this time. We look forward to having you with us!

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

Yes, signing a contract is important for both you and our team! It helps ensure transparency and clarity in our agreement. We're here to make the process as smooth and friendly as possible, so feel free to ask any questions!

Policies

What is the policy on alcohol?

We prioritise a responsible and family-friendly environment, so we kindly ask residents to refrain from consuming alcohol in the coliving space and studios. Thank you for your understanding!

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Visitors are welcome during the day, and we kindly ask that they maintain a quiet atmosphere for everyone's comfort. However, please note that overnight visitors are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding!

Amenities

Are all rooms furnished?

Of course! All the studios are equipped with furniture and household appliances. You'll find a bed (with space inside for your things), a big wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a seat. A little kitchen with a kitchen sink, a micro-grill and a little fridge without a freezer.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

Absolutely! You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, a microwave, a sink, and a fridge. Plus, there are two freezers in the common areas for your convenience. Enjoy cooking and sharing meals with fellow residents!

Do I have to clean the room when I move out?

We appreciate it if you could leave your room as clean and tidy as possible when you move out. This helps keep our community welcoming for everyone. Thank you for being a part of our space!
