Couples allowedThe apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms; one of the bathrooms belongs to the primary bedroom. The other four bedrooms share one large bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as high-speed wifi.
All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all the basic cleaning supplies!

If you are international without a social security number, you must fill out the application and provide us with a photo of your active visa. If you have not received your visa yet but have been accepted to a school, an internship or a job opportunity, we can tentatively book you while we wait on the visa to arrive; however, we must see the visa before you can move in.
Once your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and the house rules. The room you would like to book is not secured for you until the booking process is completed.
