The bedroom was okay with a built-in small kitchen area! The only real criticism was the bed was small.

Top Questions

Are pets allowed?

We love furry friends, but unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at Primrose Hill, except for assistance dogs. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! We have thoughtfully designed spaces where you can focus and be productive. These areas are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, making them ideal for remote work or studying.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You'll be sharing with a bunch of like-minded young professionals, typically between 25 and 35—think ambitious, friendly, and probably juggling a coffee in one hand and a laptop in the other. It’s a great mix of people who value their own space but also enjoy a chat over coffee (or wine) in the communal areas.

Will I have privacy?

Absolutely! Your studio is your own personal haven, no unexpected roommates, unless you count your plants. Housekeeping will pop by once a week to change your linen, towels, and top up your complimentary, organic shower amenities.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Absolutely! You can split the rent with your partner or a friend if you both share the space. Just keep in mind that we only process payments from one card. We're excited to welcome you both to our community!

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Booking

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We like lovely people who are interested in living in a community and love to take care of their space.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

We are super flexible, and we want our guests to have a seamless move-in and move-out experience. Just let us know if you need to arrive earlier or leave a bit later, and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Absolutely! If you're not ready to say goodbye (and who could blame you?), you're welcome to extend your stay, just let us know 2 months in advance so we can secure your spot.
That said, once your lease is signed, it’s set for the full term, so while extensions are welcome, early exits aren’t an option.

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Yes, visitors are welcome—both during the day and overnight. We just ask that you’re considerate of your neighbours and that guests don’t become unofficial roommates. It’s your space to enjoy, just keep things respectful.

What is the policy on alcohol?

We have a friendly policy regarding alcohol. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks in designated areas, and we occasionally host social events where everyone can relax and share a drink together. We encourage responsible consumption to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all.

Amenities

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

We like to keep things simple, no hidden surprises. Most essentials are included in your rent, and we’ll always be upfront about anything extra, so you’re never left guessing.

Are all rooms furnished?

Yes, every studio comes fully furnished, so you can leave the IKEA trip for another time. You’ll have all the essentials to live comfortably from day one. Just bring your clothes, your laptop, and maybe that one weirdly specific kitchen gadget you can’t live without.

Any meals/snacks included?

Meals and snacks aren’t included, so you're free to channel your inner chef (or master the art of takeaway). Our communal kitchen is fully equipped if you feel like cooking, and there’s plenty of storage space for your snack stash in the studio. Basically, you're in charge of your own menu!

Community

How many people will be living here during my stay?

With 60 studios, you’ll be sharing the building with a lively and diverse community of residents. It’s a great mix of friendly people, so you’ll never feel alone, but plenty of space to enjoy your own privacy too.

Is there a house/community manager?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated team on-site to help you out whether it’s maintenance, questions, or just a friendly chat. Think of us as your go-to crew to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

What are the nationalities of the other residents?

Our community is wonderfully diverse, with residents from all over the world! You’ll meet people from a mix of countries, creating a vibrant, multicultural atmosphere where everyone’s welcome.

Safety

Can I lock my bedroom door?

Yes, you can lock your bedroom door! Our studio doors automatically lock when they close for your security, and you can easily access them using your key fob. We're committed to keeping your space safe and comfortable!

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

We are committed to keeping our guests safe and comfortable! All our guest-only areas are only accessible via key fob, and the site has a security team during the night. To make it extra safe during the night, we also have gates that close and can only be accessed with the fob.

Is the neighborhood safe?

Yes, our neighbourhood is very safe and inviting! Many guests have enjoyed walking around in the evenings without any concerns. We want you to feel comfortable and welcome here.

Nearby

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

Yes, there are wonderful dining options nearby! You’ll find charming local pubs and various eateries offering a range of cuisines to make your dining experience enjoyable. Don't hesitate to ask locals for their recommendations too!

What public transportation is available?

Even though our location is amazing for walks or cycling around, we have a bus stop right in front of the building, and we are only a 10-minute walk away from Camden Town and Chalk Farm tube stations.

How far is it to the nearest airport?

The nearest major airport is easily accessible, with convenient transport links. Travel time to central locations typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes by train, tube, or taxi.
