Is there a designated space for work?

Yes! We always designate a workspace within each room so our tenants can comfortably work, study, or focus whenever they need (The size of the desk often depends on the size of the room). We are always trying to match the people living in the flat together. So mainly our tenants are international students and working professionals between 20 and 35 years old. I am sure you will get along well :)
