We have a coliving concept, where people come to rest, disconnect, exercise, meet other people and enjoy the best view, food, pool, etc. We have a bar and snack service, as well as a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where we vary the menu every day.

We offer pilates balance and/or yoga classes on weekends, and we also offer massage services. One of the main strengths of the area are watersports, especially kitesurfing, so if you already know, we do different activities around the sport, and if you want to learn we also help you manage the classes.

One of the coolest things about our house is that we have a coworking that has air conditioning, and very good internet, so that people can have a balance between work and living for a few days in a place full of calm and good energy, as well as starting new sports or physical activities.

Breakfast is included in the reservation; you can choose between permanent options and a special menu that varies every day.

Will I have privacy?

Fortunately, we have large spaces, so it doesn't feel crowded even when there are more guests.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are dog friendly, but you must pay a fee for your pet and notify us when making the reservation.

You must keep in mind that you must take 100% responsibility for your pet, this means that it does not climb on beds or sofas, that it does not bother other guests, that it does not urinate or poop in places other than the grass (even if you pick it up). and that he/she gets along well with cats (this is SUPER important for us), and that you comb him/her at least twice a day to avoid constant hair loss (this way he/she considers that he/she doesn't shed a lot of hair).

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
Please note that additional charges do apply.

Is there a designated space for work?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day, and we also have a Coworking space with air conditioning for a more "office-like" in case you prefer working like this.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

We usually have calm guests, who want to chill, know other people, or spend time by them selfs. Because of the location, we have a lot of kiters during windy season, but also digital nomads and travelers, that want to visit the country from another point of view. We offer spaces for people to try a different and more calm life, so you might cross with people looking for a different lifestyle.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Yes! If we have availability, we would no problem.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

You can extend, if there is availability. If you want to shorten your stay we would need to evaluate the motive and probably charge a cancelation fee.

What if the place is not as advertised?

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

- Visitors that want to stay the whole day and enjoy the facilities, must pay a fee and leave before 6pm.
- For visitors who are just having a drink or something to eat are welcome on the dinning area or on the third floor.
- For visitors who want to sleep at the property, must pay the complete stay.
- Visitors who want to work with the renter, must pay one of our coworking plans.

What is the policy on alcohol?

If you bring your own alcohol you will have to pay corkage, as we sell alcohol here.

Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing or damaged, we recommend all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.

We have cameras all over the common areas and members of our team are there all day. At night we have a security person doing rounds.

Is the neighborhood safe?

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

Yes, we're just behind a hotel with a nice restaurant, very close to other restaurants not far away. Also, in windy season there are different types of restaurants on the neighborhood.

What public transportation is available?

The main transportation is the tuk tuk to move around the area. If you want to go to Barranquilla or Cartagena a private transportation can be arranged or there is also public buses that go every day from Cartagena to Barranquilla.
