All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy.
Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Are pets allowed?

We are pet friendly, yet we ask our guests to be mindful and take full responsibility for their animals during their stay. If you know that your animal companion tends to bark a lot, run around others, or display aggressive impulses, this environment is not the best place for them. Ah! We also want to let you know that we have 3 cats and a dog (Balou) in our team.

Is there a designated space for work?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

We offer an inspiring environment for people exploring a slower and more purposeful lifestyle, such as remote workers, digital nomads, creatives, and those seeking an experience rooted in mindful living.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

Nearby

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

Yes — the nearest town has several great dining options within a short drive: a large family-style restaurant serving sourdough pizzas and a mix of Asian and European dishes (with vegetarian options), a small spot for authentic Japanese fare, and a cozy place offering home-style Indian cooking. We’re happy to recommend our favorites and directions when you arrive.
