At El Cabo, we have renovated a 31-bedroom property into an outstanding coliving. Large communal kitchen, workspace, high-speed internet available everywhere in the building, and a rooftop with mind-blowing views of the north shore of Gran Canaria. El Cabo is a unique building specifically designed to accommodate telecommuters and team retreats. It is located in the town of Agaete, probably one of the most authentic fishing villages in Gran Canaria, and at the same time the starting point for some of the most amazing hiking trails on the island. Will I have privacy?

Yes all rooms are private and many of them include desks inside. Also the house is very large so guests can distribute themselves in the different common areas for privacy.

Are pets allowed?

Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.

Is there a designated space for work?

There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

We have a no-lock policy on the bedrooms except in our largest location in El Cabo.
