By making a reservation, you agree to our Terms & Conditions. For group bookings, the designated group organizer must have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all group members.

The group organizer is responsible for the full cost of the stay, including any additional fees, cancellations, or changes. Upon booking or check-in, we'll require your credit/debit card details for any charges incurred during your stay. We may also request full payment or a deposit in advance, especially for certain packages or services.

Your booking is only confirmed once we've received the required details and/or payment. We retain the right to decline any reservation without explanation. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies in your booking details or costs. Certain rates may be subject to minimum stay requirements, deposits, cancellation fees, and other conditions. Price lists for additional services are available upon request.

Your booking is for a type of room and does not guarantee that you stay in a specific room or in the same room for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular room with your reservation, we will do our best to honor this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative room to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a lower rate room during your stay, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our booking team before confirming your reservation.
