Each guest room comes with a private en suite bathroom, a double bed, and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden.

There are also ample common areas for you to share with fellow guests, including a living room with a dining area, a TV area, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wet bar. Outside, you'll find an al fresco dining area, a summer lounge, a hot tub, and a private pool—the largest in Tuscany. Additionally, there is a tennis court, ample parking, and plenty of space for walking and outdoor sports.

The villa's daily routine is designed to simplify life for its residents: a staff member is dedicated to caring for the garden, the house, and the guests. This includes grocery shopping, cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner, maintaining clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and managing linens, meals, and bills. In the summer, you can enjoy the largest private swimming pool in Tuscany, a 5-seat hot tub, and a tennis court, all designed to make your stay more comfortable and carefree.

To apply, we kindly ask you for some information to help us better understand you! You'll need to provide your age, gender, your history of place from arrive and the purpose of your stay. Additionally, sharing your preferred minimum and maximum length of stay, along with a description of your typical day, your eating habits, your hobbies, your leisure activities, and your passions would help us build a welcoming community for you!

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful Villa with other exciting people.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Enjoy the convenience of early check-in when your room is ready so you can settle in at your own pace. And if you're in no rush on your departure day, feel free to make the most of our inviting communal spaces.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

We love it when you have guests, and we invite them to enjoy our inviting common areas. Please keep guests out of the bedrooms for everyone's comfort and avoid overnight stays. We also recommend keeping your valuables secure, as we can’t take responsibility for personal belongings.

What is the policy on alcohol?

It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

How many people will be living here during my stay?

During your stay, there may be up to 12 residents since we have 6 double rooms. Each room is designer for sharing, so sometimes couples may choose to stay together in their own bedroom.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

What public transportation is available?

Our villa is nestled in the beautiful Chianti hills, just 20 minutes from Florence. There's a bus stop about 800 meters away, with bus service every hour from 7 AM to 7 PM, making it easy to explore the area!

How far is it to the nearest airport?

We understand that getting to the airport is important! The nearest airport is Florence, about a 45-minute taxi ride away. If you considering other options, there's another airport Pisa, about 90 minutes away, and a larger one in Bologna roughly 2 hours from our villa. We hope this helps with your travel plans!
