Our mission is to create a supportive and respectful co-living environment that allows individuals to rest, recharge, and focus on their professional goals—all within a peaceful, resort-style setting.
We prioritize comfort, privacy, and community-minded living by offering fully-furnished rooms, curated amenities, and shared spaces that promote balance between work and wellness. Whether you're here for a short-term contract or an extended stay, we’re committed to helping you feel right at home. To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents:
🚫 No parties or large gatherings permitted
🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – no loud noise, music, or disruptions
👥 Guests are allowed between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Maximum of 2 visitors at a time)
🛑 Overnight guests are not permitted without prior written approval and no more than 2 nights per month.
These rules help us maintain a clean, quiet, and professional living space for all residents. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of stay.
