This modern-style house has been renovated to offer different shared areas and spaces to connect with your community.
Host a barbecue in the spacious inner courtyard, enjoy a night of board games in the fireplace-equipped living room; relax on the upper floor terrace and make use of a shared workspace.
Our property is a 2-level house with 430 m2 of total construction with 12 beautiful rooms and 201 m2 of a variety of common and shared areas, such as:

Just a few blocks away from the house you can find Mercado Lazaro Cardenas where you can find anything your heart desires, from traditional arts and crafts to delicious groceries delivered daily.
