Our house in Del Valle Norte is located walking distance from the Roma Sur and Narvarte neighborhoods.
This modern-style house has been renovated to offer different shared areas and spaces to connect with your community.
Host a barbecue in the spacious inner courtyard, enjoy a night of board games in the fireplace-equipped living room; relax on the upper floor terrace and make use of a shared workspace.
Our property is a 2-level house with 430 m2 of total construction with 12 beautiful rooms and 201 m2 of a variety of common and shared areas, such as:

Of course, your door is always locked every time you leave or enter your room, the only way to open it is with your tag or your digital key.
We have contracted a 24/7 video surveillance service
You have the "amores" metrobus station. This costs 6 Mexican pesos regardless of the distance you travel. You also have access to the ecobicis network that charges you for time of use. And through the metrobus you can also connect with the city metro which takes you to any point in the city for a cost of 5 Mexican pesos.
