We offer not just accommodation, but a real home with comfort and a warm atmosphere. Even if your stay is temporary, we are delighted to spend this time with you!
Our superpower is bringing together talented people from all over the world. At our House, you will find not just a place to live, but a community. No matter where you come from, here you will always feel among close friends ready to support you.
What makes us special?
- Weekly events: We regularly host get-togethers, play poker and billiards, cook delicious dinners, and invite interesting guests. These activities help build strong connections and friendships.
- Monthly parties: Once a month, we organize large parties for 30-50 people, where you can meet new people, find business partners, and make friends. This is especially important when you have just moved to a new place.
- Comfort and amenities: Our spacious and cozy rooms are equipped with everything necessary for work and relaxation. High-speed internet, workspaces, relaxation and entertainment areas — all designed for your convenience.
- Community of like-minded people: Magic House is a place where you will always find support and inspiration. Here live people who share your interests and aspirations.

Our coliving has 3 rooms:
- Small room (ideal for 1 person)
- Medium room (ideal for 1 person and comfortable for 2)
- Large room (ideal for 2 people)
Each room is cozily equipped with:
- A sleeping place for two;
- A closet for all your belongings;
- A mirror;
- A work desk;
- A nightstand;
- A bathroom shared with two other rooms.

- All utilities (gas, electricity, water, etc.) are **included in the price;**
- Parking space by the house (first come, first serve) or free street parking;
- Living room with an 85’’ TV, AppleTV, and Netflix;
- Relaxation room with a fireplace and comfortable chairs;
- Billiard room;
- Fully equipped kitchen;
- Washing machine and dryer;
- Smart home system for convenient control of all systems;
- BBQ area (we organize something fun almost every Friday);
