- Monthly parties: Once a month, we organize large parties for 30-50 people, where you can meet new people, find business partners, and make friends. This is especially important when you have just moved to a new place.
- Comfort and amenities: Our spacious and cozy rooms are equipped with everything necessary for work and relaxation. High-speed internet, workspaces, relaxation and entertainment areas — all designed for your convenience.

Our coliving has 3 rooms:
- Small room (ideal for 1 person)
- Medium room (ideal for 1 person and comfortable for 2)
- Large room (ideal for 2 people)

Each room is cozily equipped with:

- A sleeping place for two;
- A closet for all your belongings;
- A mirror;
- A work desk;
- A nightstand;
- A bathroom shared with two other rooms.
