Balu Coliving

I originally only booked for 1 month with this host and ended up staying for 4 months! All because of the wonderful hosts, the lovely rooms and facilities, and the location and community you find with this host. It's kept clean and well looked after; there are plenty of nice places to work; the rooftop is a great bonus, and the vibe is homely. Thank you to the hosts — I will always come back here!

My home away from home in the city. When I first arrived, I was taken aback because this place feels like someone's home. It's so cozy here. The host works hard to ensure everyone in the space is comfortable and safe. If you're looking to meet cool people and be in the heart of the neighborhood, I can't recommend this place enough.

Really loved the atmosphere at the host; it is not a very big coliving, but this is perfect for connecting more with others. The location is close to a nearby area, which is good because you find all kinds of stores around. The only negative is that this street is more of a party place (which can be positive if you are looking for that).

I didn't stay here, but I know it's a great place. I had the opportunity to join one of the host's running and hiking groups with lots of people. If you come to Medellín, I recommend you visit it.

The common spaces and rooms were beautiful and comfortable, but what really made the difference were the staff. They're so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, whether it's something in the house or just advice about the city.

Welcoming coliving in the heart of the neighborhood, in my opinion the best neighbourhood to stay in. Really strong community and lots going on. The hosts do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome and part of the family. Definitely recommend staying, especially if it's your first time in the country/the city. This is already my second time and I'll surely be back!

We loved staying at this place; our trip wouldn’t have been the same had we not stayed there because we met so many lovely people and bonded so quickly. We also love that it’s always clean and they clean your room once a week. The hosts are lovely and make a big effort to make sure everything runs smoothly.

I stayed for 3 months with the host, and it was a great experience. The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, close to many things, and safe. The hosts always make sure everything is in order and resolve anything that may come up. The people are friendly and there are always activities to do; I highly recommend it 🩷

I had a wonderful two months staying with this host, which was the perfect introduction to the city. The people at this host were a great group, and it was a lovely space to work and socialise. The hosts are fantastic - very friendly and attentive, and always on hand if you need tips and help!
