The coliving has a unique style, is cool, and has an interesting design. The staff are enthusiastic and very helpful, and there is a coffee shop downstairs, which is convenient.

I’ve been working from this coworking space for a while, and it’s easily one of my favorite places in the city. It’s located in a quiet residential area with easy scooter access and convenient parking, which makes coming here every day effortless. The space itself is spread across three floors and has a stunning industrial loft design with brutalist touches—at times it even reminds me of Rick Owens’ aesthetic. It’s stylish, unique, and inspiring without feeling overdesigned. The atmosphere is calm, making it easy to stay focused for hours. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more air conditioning. There are plenty of fans that keep the air moving, but on the hottest days cooler AC would make the experience even better.Overall, it’s a fantastic coworking space with a great vibe, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to work in the city.

Really good location, and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The room is luminous and clean and has a pretty decoration. I didn't have any trouble with check-in and check-out.

I liked the industrial style, but everything felt rundown and poorly maintained. Unfinished materials showed a lot of rust. My room wasn’t well soundproofed—I could clearly hear hallway noise, doors opening, and plumbing flushes. The coworking space wasn’t working.

I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff here were. My feedback focuses on the property and my room rather than the team. I booked a month-long stay. The pictures made it look like a nice coworking environment, but the coworking floor was dimly lit with worn furniture and no ac in the common areas, so it wasn't comfortable for working. The listing also suggested a gym, but there wasn't one; there is a decent gym nearby. My room stayed very warm—the ac never cooled below the mid-to-high twenties despite service visits and the staff lending me a second fan. They were responsive but didn’t move me after I requested it. The toilet had intermittent flushing problems that took days to fix. On my last day I found water that had leaked through the closet and damaged some clothes after another guest flooded their room. Positives: comfortable bed, a powerful industrial fan, and fast, reliable wifi. Overall lovely staff and a nice property, but ownership should invest more in maintenance. Thanks for having me for a month.
