A very calm place. Fushimi is an area that is not affected by overtourism, and it feels very comfortable. It provides a sense of security like that of home, making it enjoyable for work and communication.

At first glance, it may be difficult to understand, but it has a homely feeling where you can relax.
Although it's an old house, the internet is well set up, providing a suitable environment for work.
In fact, during my remote work, I found no shortcomings.
In the evenings, it operates as a shisha bar, where you can enjoy shisha and drinks at a leisurely pace.
The owner has a vision for enhancing the community in Fushimi, so I believe it will become even better in the future.
I would like to visit again.

This was my first time in the Fushimi Momoyama area, and I really enjoyed it. There are many calm and charming dining places and historical buildings without the hustle and bustle of tourist spots.

In such a delightful area stands a coliving space that feels like home. It retains the beauty of an old house while creating a stylish atmosphere with calm furnishings, making it a great place for nomads to stop by and catch their breath.

The owner's personality values community, and there might be interesting encounters, making me want to visit again. I'll come back to hang out!

The coliving is very nicely renovated and maintains that old-school Japanese charm with eclectic and bohemian touches. Great location also - very accessible by train and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Plus, the owner makes very good biryani.

It is located in an area where you can spend time quietly, away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist spots in Kyoto. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it is located at the end of a pathway next to a large pair of stone statues resembling guardian dogs along the street.

A unique, comfortable, and cozy coliving space in a traditional Japanese building in Kyoto. Great if you feel overstimulated from the city. It's located near a convenience store and a roofed shopping street for a quick lunch. Highly recommend!

A great coworking place to work with an authentic and inspiring atmosphere, located in Kyoto. The space has a cozy and local feeling that makes it easy to focus and feel connected to the city’s culture. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a productive and comfortable workspace!

The renovated traditional house coworking space is very stylish. There is a spacious dirt floor, and when you go up to the workspace, there are sofas and antique chairs and tables. Instead of simply finishing it in a Japanese modern style, the plush carpets and small items serve as accents, allowing you to feel the unique personality that only this place can offer.

At night, there are shisha events, and during lunchtime, the owner prepares biryani, allowing you to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere that can only be created here in Fushimi.

Of course, the comfort helps, and work progresses smoothly.

I rented this coliving as a workspace for a business trip to Kyoto. There were no other guests and it was reserved just for me. Even though it is registered as a tangible cultural property, I was able to use it for only 2200 yen per day.
Unfortunately, due to back-to-back meetings, I didn't have enough time to relax and enjoy the garden. However, it was still a wonderful place.
