Rental includes energy costs (water, electricity, gas, Internet), essentials, management fees. You don’t have to worry about paying those bills one by one. Also, fully loaded appliances for the kitchen and for your daily life are provided.
[Coliving Style Service Apartment]
Differed from general local leasing apartment, stay with Home Sweet Home, you are served by a number of our staff members, whose role involves the upkeep or maintenance of the co-living space. We provide professional cleaning service of the public area once a week, daily garbage disposal; what’s more, basic living supplies and amenities are also provided through on a more structured weekly basis. We'll take care of those little things for you.
[Cultural Exchange]
Our tenants come from different backgrounds, different countries, go to different schools and workplaces. You can get the deepest culture shock here.

The fastest way to learn a language is to directly live with local people. Inside the share house, you will have people from different countries.
