The Stay Club London offers wonderful ensuite studios, in four locations around Central London. Although we take great pride in our quality of service and quirky facilities, situated in Willesden, Colindale, Camden and Kentish Town, it’s our international community that we value the most. With an excellent Events Team working around the clock to bring our community together, we aim to offer more than a student accommodation service. We aim to offer an experience!

Worst experience ever. Poor Service. I went to the bar to get some hot water, the door was open so I went in and wanted to check if anyone was there and can give me some hot water. And the guy who works in the bar came to me and I asked him if I can have a cup of hot water. He was really mad and yelled at me. He did not even listen to my explanation and said "You are not permitted to not get inside", "How could you get inside, what if you took the money here", "If anything lost it's your responsibility". I apologized saying that I didn't know and he raised his voice like "Are you a kid". He kept interrupting me when I'm trying to explain and attacking me, and did not accept my apology AT ALL. If this is the way that this place treats its customers then I'm not coming back again. Can't wait to leave.

I stayed at the stay club Kentish town for a year. I think it might be useful to share my experience as a student. I stayed in a standard studio room. Pros 1. Air conditioning in the public area. 2. Stylish and a new built (as of 2019). 3. Very warm in winter. 4. Bills and basic kitchenette are included. 5. Great view for first two months (My room faces towards central London). 6. Free gym, cinema, and disco. Cons 1. No air conditioning in all rooms. 2. Equally, I feel like I was in a sauna/ desert between February and October. I had 1 fan and 1 cooler but it didn't help. My room was 10 degrees at least higher than outside all the time. 3. Extremely poor ventilation. There is one window only and it can't be fully opened (i understand this is due to safety reasons, a gap of the window between fully opened and closed is around 10cm, see picture attached) 4. They put a frame outside the building after I moved in. Feel like in a prison afterward (see picture attached). 5. Your flatmates should all be students, but it is not guaranteed (i met some residents who aren't students and work full time). 6. For those student residents, some of them are teenagers who study in the language school. The school is located in the basement of the same building. They have priority to use the study area/ classrooms etc. 7. You don't get a proper mattress but more like a sofa bed in the room. The "two-bed" on the ads is a bunk bed.8. Strictly no refund/ carrying forward for your rent under lockdown. This is solely my personal experience and it doesn't necessarily mean that everyone would experience the same as I did (unless you stay in my room). However, there are plenty of better options for student accommodation in London. I feel my studio room at Kentish Town was a bit overpriced.

What a great location and friendly staff members! The residence has an amazing vibe. If you are looking to build a social life from the scratch, this is a great first step as the community is really diverse, which really boosted my overall London experience.

Good place to stay for a student. There are almost all the necessary things which is needed by anyone. The rooms are good. U can cook inside. There is a laundry room at the basement. A theater, study room, a café at 7th floor, the staff is friendly and supportive as well. Overall, its pretty good. And yes, the tube station is literally a minute walk.
