Vibrant Coliving Buenos Aires

I loved my experience in this coliving. The place is very nice!! For a few weeks, I stayed in a small room, which turned out to be very comfortable; then a room with a balcony became available, and I moved, although it is a bit more expensive, it is totally worth it.
The location is good, close to the main avenues, supermarkets, and cafes, something that I personally love because I often go there.
I’m leaving a photo of the sunsets from the rooftop, which are simply epic. There are always people to share plans and good conversations with. Without a doubt, a place I will return to.

I am doing an exchange at UADE and the location is perfect because I can reach it in 5 minutes walking from my coliving. The coliving has nice shared spaces and the people are very cool!

The accommodation is in a very central location with excellent public transport connections. The room I booked was relatively small but sufficiently equipped with everything you could need. You can use the common areas and terrace at any time and socialize with other guests. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly, making both check-in and the stay in general very easy.

I really liked the location, but the kitchen could use some improvements, and there was no air conditioning.

The place is very nice and the decoration is great!
The room is comfortable, with a fan and a window, which brings in fresh air! The bed is super comfortable, it has a vintage dim light bedside lamp, a desk, and a coat rack. 10 points.
The kitchen has everything, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, pots, containers, very complete.
The people renting the place are super friendly, calm, there are no annoying noises and they are social!
There are spaces to work or relax, a beautiful little patio to chat and get some fresh air!
The washing machine is great.
On the terrace, there are more seats and grass to comfortably spend the afternoon outdoors.
Everything is very nice, in every detail!

Great room in the best area of Buenos Aires, a very characteristic and picturesque neighborhood, full of life on weekends and quiet during the week. Excellent connection to other areas of the city thanks to the subway stop just 5 minutes away and nearby bus stops. Excellent coliving for short periods and study stays. If you are workers, evaluate your schedule flexibility because there may be parties in the common rooms at night since it is a coliving mainly aimed at young people. Prompt availability from the management to solve any problems that may arise. Regarding the rooms, there is heating and a fan. Equipped kitchens and functional bathrooms (some newer than others). An excellent stay to spend quality time in company. Highly recommended!
