Vibrant Coliving Buenos Aires

I stayed here for two and a half months and had a great experience. I was studying online, so I was looking for a place where I could meet people while also having quiet spaces to study, and I definitely found that. The building is beautiful and the location is excellent🤗😍. Whenever there was an issue, the staff responded and provided support right away. It was truly hard to leave!!

The place was a bit different from the photos. The building is old, and my room was in front of the kitchen and bathroom. The glass door let light in, which was annoying at night. There were some noisy parties, and the kitchen was often dirty, which made it unpleasant to use. The internet was weak, and the chairs weren’t great for work. Most residents are young students, kind people, but the vibe wasn’t what I was looking for: a quieter and more comfortable place for digital nomads.

I loved my experience in this coliving. The place is very nice!! For a few weeks, I stayed in a small room, which turned out to be very comfortable; then a room with a balcony became available, and I moved, although it is a bit more expensive, it is totally worth it.
The location is good, close to the main avenues, supermarkets, and cafes, something that I personally love because I often go there.
I’m leaving a photo of the sunsets from the rooftop, which are simply epic. There are always people to share plans and good conversations with. Without a doubt, a place I will return to.

I am doing an exchange at UADE and the location is perfect because I can reach it in 5 minutes walking from my coliving. The coliving has nice shared spaces and the people are very cool!

pros: - beautiful building with a nice terrace - spacious living areas, making it easy to socialize; it's clear that the owner prioritizes shared rooms, which is a great touch - very comfortable mattresses - friendly atmosphere, with nice people; although it's primarily a student house, I really enjoyed the vibe - the owner is approachable and seems to work hard to resolve issues cons: - frequently broken appliances, such as heaters, fridges, and washing machines, often taking over a week to fix, which felt long, especially for a month-long stay. The wifi connection was unstable, and electricity outages were common. - cleaning occurs infrequently; the bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the trash cans were often overflowing. Toilet paper was not restocked in a timely manner, even after requests. - we had a small, broken fridge shared among six people. While they attempted to repair it, the age of the fridge was an issue. The kitchen facilities were also lacking, and it seems the quality varies by floor, as some kitchens appeared more attractive and better maintained. Sharing one bathroom with six people meant it was often occupied. - the windows were not insulated, resulting in significant street noise, making sleep difficult compared to my experiences in other coliving spaces over the past year. things to note: - the google maps address is inaccurate - the coworking space lacked heating, which could be uncomfortable during the autumn and winter months in the city

The accommodation is in a very central location with excellent public transport connections. The room I booked was relatively small but sufficiently equipped with everything you could need. You can use the common areas and terrace at any time and socialize with other guests. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly, making both check-in and the stay in general very easy.

The rooms are very nice!! Very good common spaces ❤️

I really liked the location, but the kitchen could use some improvements, and there was no air conditioning.
