I had a comfortable bed and the staff were attentive and helpful. The people I met were great, and the place has an industrial grunge, casual communal vibe. Even in the air-conditioned room there was some dust; I'm not sure why. On my first night a side bathroom window was left open, so the bathroom was full of mosquitoes. The location is good in a peaceful neighborhood, and I had a great view of the city and sea. Would I go again? Probably not. Overall, an okay experience.

Our stay here was very nice. The main highlights were:
- The very friendly staff, who were always going to help us and answer any questions we had
- The room itself was very comfortable
- The location is excellent

If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, I would highly recommend this place. I would say that this might not fit the traditional coliving model; there might not be as much social life as in other colivings, but I guess that heavily depends on when you stay and who you stay with! Otherwise, the place is a very good place to experience the city from!

The food is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Come try it.

There are many colivings in Da Nang, but I fell in love with the strong industrial style just by looking at the photos! After actually staying there, the overall experience was also very good. It's not located in a bustling area, so for friends who prefer tranquility, this coliving can be considered! The staff was also very enthusiastic ❤️ Additionally, the coliving offers laundry and motorbike rental services! In short, if you're coming to Da Nang, I highly recommend this coliving.

The room is very good. The area is quiet and all services are quite good.

I’d love to give this coliving well-deserved 5 stars for several reasons:
1. Eco-friendly: they use glass cups, iron straws, their furniture is reused and maintained having some history.
2. The barista is super nice and welcoming, and she speaks English.
3. Their out- and indoor area is nice and well-designed, loft style. They have 2 floors inside.
4. Their coffee is good and reasonably priced (iced americano 35 vnd). The drink menu is diverse, and they offer breakfast.
5. Though it’s next to a road, it’s not too loud and you can view some greenery. Plus, their umbrellas are good enough to cover you while it’s raining (we checked).

I had a great time at the coliving; the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, the staff is helpful, and the location is close to the beach while still being in a relatively quiet neighborhood. My only caution would be that if you're looking for a very social coliving experience, you likely won't find much of that here. Also, be aware that the lounge/kitchen is the main coworking space, so it can occasionally get noisy if people are having a meal.

I had an incredible stay at this coliving. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The industrial-style décor has a lot of charm.
