There are many colivings in Da Nang, but I fell in love with the strong industrial style just by looking at the photos! After actually staying there, the overall experience was also very good. It's not located in a bustling area, so for friends who prefer tranquility, this coliving can be considered! The staff was also very enthusiastic ❤️ Additionally, the coliving offers laundry and motorbike rental services! In short, if you're coming to Da Nang, I highly recommend this coliving.

The room is very good. The area is quiet and all services are quite good.

I’d love to give this coliving well-deserved 5 stars for several reasons:
1. Eco-friendly: they use glass cups, iron straws, their furniture is reused and maintained having some history.
2. The barista is super nice and welcoming, and she speaks English.
3. Their out- and indoor area is nice and well-designed, loft style. They have 2 floors inside.
4. Their coffee is good and reasonably priced (iced americano 35 vnd). The drink menu is diverse, and they offer breakfast.
5. Though it’s next to a road, it’s not too loud and you can view some greenery. Plus, their umbrellas are good enough to cover you while it’s raining (we checked).

I had a great time at the coliving; the rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, the staff is helpful, and the location is close to the beach while still being in a relatively quiet neighborhood. My only caution would be that if you're looking for a very social coliving experience, you likely won't find much of that here. Also, be aware that the lounge/kitchen is the main coworking space, so it can occasionally get noisy if people are having a meal.

One of my favorite colivings in the world.
Beautifully designed with a very smart and creative approach. The rooms are spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. Functional layout, great use of natural light, and a unique mix of industrial/loft style with greenery and plants.
You can really feel that the designer understood what travelers need to feel comfortable during a stay. Excellent design combined with practicality.
Highly recommended. A place I will always want to come back to.
