The staff member was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful from the very beginning. As I had quite a few questions along the way, they always took the time to answer them quickly and clearly, making the whole process much smoother and reassuring.

Very good experience so far.
Helped me with answering a lot of questions about the rental home and signing the rental contract. The communication is excellent, and responses were always prompt through WhatsApp and email. Overall, the process of renting was very smooth.
