Coliving in Madrid was exactly the right place for me when I first arrived in Spain. I had never been to the country before, I came alone, and I had no idea where to even start with finding my own apartment or handling the Spanish admin. In a situation like that, having coliving is a huge advantage. It saves so much time and energy and allows you to focus on the most important things right away. With one booking, I could simply arrive in Madrid and take everything else from there.
A big plus: English is the main language in the building. That’s gold, especially for people who don’t speak Spanish yet. It creates a soft landing and makes the first months so much easier.
What I love most is that you never feel like an outsider here.
Whether you're introverted, quiet, and focused, or more extroverted and social, you are always respected. Everyone is kind, friendly, and open. You never have to join every activity or do what everyone else is doing. You can just be yourself, and you’ll still feel fully included.
And whenever you have questions, especially about Spanish admin, practical issues, or simply understanding how things work, there is always someone in the coliving space who will happily help you. People are genuinely supportive, which makes a huge difference when you’re new in a country.
Overall, coliving is the perfect place for anyone in transition, anyone moving countries, or anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free start in Madrid.
