Great location. It's only two metro stops from Shinjuku, yet it's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and two large grocery stores nearby. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained. There's also a spacious shared living room where you can relax and unwind. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a wonderful stay.

Address convenient, very good. On a business trip to Tokyo, extremely tired, I tried the host's in-room service; the woman came directly to the room, there were no strange charges. The service was super thoughtful, privacy was perfect; not knowing Japanese wasn't a problem. After finishing, I went straight to sleep. I loved the location. It was so easy to get to, and there are so many different places to eat within a 5-minute walk - Turkish, Indian, okonomiyaki, yakitori. The room was also very comfortable, and I thought the lounge was a very nice area.
Amazing stay! I met one of the maintenance staff when I arrived, and she was very polite and allowed me to check in earlier. The amenities and the location were spot on. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, the host!! Until next time. 🫶🏽
