Als Vivarium 2021 seine Türen öffnete, wollten wir die Gemeinschaft schaffen, nach der wir uns sehnten und die wir nirgendwo anders finden konnten.
Eine Gemeinschaft, in der Menschen, die sich für den Wandel engagieren, miteinander in Kontakt treten, Unterstützung für ihre Ziele finden und gemeinsam lernen können, um etwas zu bewirken.
Heute versammelt Vivarium zielstrebige Menschen mit ganz unterschiedlichen Hintergründen. Unabhängig von ihrer Geschichte sind sie begierig zu lernen und bereit, ihren Weg mit anderen zu teilen.
Wir glauben, dass eine andere Art zu leben und zu arbeiten möglich ist, wenn wir es gemeinsam tun.

Amazing coliving with amazing people.
When I moved out after 4 weeks, I felt a little sad. Community life at the coliving was great, and the city had a wonderful atmosphere. I loved working out in Turia Park, I liked the Spanish people, who clearly enjoy life, and I also liked the coliving’s location. Everything is within easy walking distance from there. All in all, a great experience for sure.
Great place to live and work in an amazing city.
We, my partner and I, stayed at this coliving for the second time, once last January and again this year. Overall, it’s a place with a lot of potential and charm, which is also why we decided to come back. What we really like: This coliving is very well located in a lively neighborhood, close to Turia Park. The building itself is beautiful, with charming tiles, and the co-living atmosphere is a real plus. The people staying there and the activities organized create a fun and social experience. What could be improved: Unfortunately, both stays had some issues with management and hospitality. During our first stay, there was a booking mistake, and we ended up in a smaller room than expected. This time, we had to move to a different room and floor after one week. Additionally, I experienced problems with the keys twice: the first set did not work at all for our room and the co-living spaces, and the second set also worked poorly. Checking these details more carefully in advance would really enhance how welcome guests feel. The rooms themselves are quite basic. The en-suite bathrooms in both rooms were rather cramped, storage is limited to a simple wardrobe, and there is little decoration to make the rooms feel cozy. A bit more attention to these details, as well as a clearer and warmer check-in process (showing guests around and explaining how everything works) and improving the kitchen supplies (cups, plates, glasses, etc.), would really enhance the overall experience. In summary: This coliving has a great location and a nice co-living community. With a bit more care and attention to hospitality, organization, and room and kitchen facilities, it could easily be a five-out-of-five experience.
I've done many colivings and this place was far and away one of my very favorites. The location is excellent, right in the heart of urban Valencia. The management and support are friendly and responsive. I loved how they put consistent effort into weekly community events, and the place was overall spacious and clean. I would definitely stay with this coliving again.
Loved every minute! The sense of community at this coliving is immediately evident. I will be back for sure!
Amazing community and place to live!
Our stay at Vivarium last summer was my partner's and my first ever co-living experience, and it exceeded ALL expectations. What a wonderful community of really great people. Don’t sleep on this place!! We are currently back for our second stay, which has been, of course, as wonderful as the first stay.
Staying at Vivarium was an incredible experience! The space itself is amazing—well-designed, comfortable, and perfect for remote work.
Beyond the workspace, the social atmosphere is absolutely great! There are always activities that bring the community together, making it easy to connect with like-minded people. The neighborhood is also a huge plus—tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center and just 5 minutes from the biggest park in the city, perfect for a midday break or an evening stroll.
A huge shoutout to the staff for making everything run smoothly; they truly make Vivarium feel like home!!!
This was the first coliving experience for both my husband and me, and it was truly excellent! The rooms and spaces are cozy and full of life, and it was always lovely hanging out with other colivers as everyone was so friendly and nice. The coworking rooms were also a great bonus and had everything necessary for the two weeks we worked remotely (maybe except for monitors, but we bought a second-hand monitor at a computer shop in the city and later sold it to another coliver, so it wasn't really a problem). I also loved the social activities, the ones organized by the host (especially family dinners 🫶🏻) as well as the ones organized by colivers ourselves (hikes, trivia nights, padel games, watching Roomba fights at a bar, chilling at the beach, enjoying Fallas together and so-so many more 🥳). Overall, I would definitely advise staying with the host when living in the city for at least a month! (Hopefully we'll be back next year and this time for longer than a month 💙)
