The flatshare is strategically located in the "Saint Aubin" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Several restaurants, shops, public transports are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, kettle, crockery, microwave, toaster, pans… It also has a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board.
You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, water, household waste tax, condominium fees, electricity, unlimited wi-fi.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Saint-Aubin neighbourhood is a small and picturesque neighbourhood in Toulouse. Find out more about the neighbourhood where this nice and cosy room is located! East to the historical city-centre, Saint-Aubin stretches from the Rue de la Colombette to the majestic Eglise Saint-Aubin. Its charming and cosmopolite ambiance dwells in the soul of this inner-city village. Don’t miss the colourful market that takes place every Sunday morning around the Church – you will find there a variety of flowers and French gourmet products! Then take a stroll down the Rue de la Colombette where you will bump into several libraries, cafés and exotic restaurants. The architectural heritage and the folklore dwelling in the neighbourhood made it achieve, back in 1945, the title of “free commune” – a place where the folklore must survive. Since then, a lively fair and a vast and colourful market take place every year to commemorate the achievement.
