If you're looking for a place that offers privacy, comfort, and affordable pricing, renting through a coliving is an excellent choice. When I first saw this room, I immediately decided not to tour any other apartments, as I had already made up my mind to stay here. The apartment is fully furnished, and the room has its own bathroom, making it very comfortable to live in, not to mention the price is just around $1000. Whenever I need maintenance, I just submit a request through the tenant portal, and they send someone to resolve the issue by the next day. Even when I visit the office in person to make a request, their response is quick. I spoke with someone who was very polite and friendly and was already working to address my concerns. What’s more, when I visited the office in person, I even received a gift. I really like it here. :)

My roommates and I have been putting in a work order to fix the washing machine. We haven’t done laundry for a whole week until the team came and fixed it really fast. Thanks to the team for resolving this issue.

The staff did an amazing job taking care of the leak and the toilet issue. The leak even extended down to my car, but they handled everything professionally—taking pictures for documentation and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. I’m so impressed with their attention to detail and care.
The property manager has also been fantastic throughout this process. They’re incredibly quick to respond, always understanding, and go above and beyond to address any concerns. It’s a relief to know things are in such capable hands.

Great coliving and I really enjoyed staying there!

I've been a tenant with a coliving for the past three years and absolutely love my living space; it's both cozy and modern. The location, right in the heart of K-Town, offers easy walking access to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family!
