This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.
All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is ideally located in the "Part Dieu" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with fridge, crockery, pans, kitchen ustensils, kettle, microwave, toaster… The accommodation also contains a washing machine, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, water, electricity, housing insurance.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Part-Dieu, in the 3rd arrondissement, is both Lyon's commercial district and the main shopping temple of the city. Here, where this wonderful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you can find one of Europe's biggest shopping centres with some 300 outlets as well as several impressive office-block towers and Lyon's biggest train station which receives hundred of thousands of travellers every day! This modern neighbourhood constitute's Lyon's main transport hub with trains, buses, trams, coaches, the subway, and the airport shuttle all connecting here. During the lunch-time service, restaurants are buzzing as waiting staff rapidly serve professionals eating there. However by the evening, the pace slows down and the neighbourhood, full of life during the day, becomes calm again. The city council has begun exciting large-scale renovation works to transform the area into a greener living space.

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
