This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Bordeaux is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.
All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is located in the "Hôtel de Ville - Quinconces" neighborhood, in the centre of Bordeaux . Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops are located close at hand. The apartment is on floor #3 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery, kettle, microwave… The accommodation also contains an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, household waste tax, electricity, condominium fees, housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Quinconces is Bordeaux’s historical centre, it is named after its incredible 12 hectare meeting square “Place des Quinconces” making it the biggest square in France! The districts name comes from the formation of the trees planted on either side of its square, creating a staggered quincunx. This enormous meeting point welcomes many events and fairs all year round (fun fairs, Christmas markets, circus’, flea markets etc..) . The Quinconces train station is easily the largest connection point in the city, with the tram lines B, C and many bus routes passing through, enabling easy access to all corners of the city. The district is also the administrative, cultural and economical hub of the wine capital! Discover the many offices, banks, high-end shops and prestigious restaurants, and admire the bourgeois buildings dating back to the 18th and 19th century, home to the Bordelais elite! For leisure activities, the district boasts a large theatre, a public garden, and many areas dedicated to wine cultivation and tasting (wine from Bordeaux, of course!). If you fancy a break, you can unwind in one of the neighbourhoods many terrasse bars. To summarise, this dynamic, animated and friendly neighbourhood is a key player in forming Bordeaux’s bountiful culture!

including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.
Service fee : from 6.9€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
