Compose Habitations zijn ontworpen voor iedereen in een situatie van mobiliteit of overgang, zowel persoonlijk als professioneel, zoals mensen die zich in een nieuwe stad vestigen en niet dagelijks alleen willen wonen.
Ons aanbod omvat:
Gloednieuwe, kant-en-klare studio's met eigen kitchenette en badkamer.
Toegang tot uitgebreide, volledig uitgeruste gedeelde ruimten (keuken, tv-lounge, coworkingruimte, terras).
Talrijke diensten inbegrepen in de huurprijs (Wi-Fi, Netflix, wasserij, elektrische fietsen en auto's, gastenkamer, onbeperkt koffie...).
Een bewonersvertegenwoordiger en conciërge 5 dagen per week beschikbaar.
Onze residenties bevinden zich in Rungis, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux en La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
