Les Habitations Compose sont conçues pour toute personne en situation de mobilité ou de transition, qu'elle soit personnelle ou professionnelle, comme les personnes qui s'installent dans une nouvelle ville et qui ne souhaitent pas vivre seules au quotidien.
Notre offre comprend :
Des studios neufs, clés en main, avec kitchenettes et salles de bain privatives.
L'accès à de vastes espaces partagés entièrement équipés (cuisine, salon TV, espace de coworking, terrasse).
De nombreux services inclus dans le loyer (Wi-Fi, Netflix, blanchisserie, vélos et voitures électriques, chambre d'amis, café à volonté...).
Un représentant des résidents et un concierge disponibles 5 jours par semaine.
Nos résidences sont situées à Rungis, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux et La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
I really had a good time here and loved meeting new people in the coliving ✨✨
