As Habitações Compose destinam-se a todos os que se encontram em situação de mobilidade ou de transição, pessoal ou profissional, como por exemplo, os que se instalam numa nova cidade e não desejam viver sozinhos diariamente.
A nossa oferta inclui:
Estúdios novos, chave na mão, com kitchenette e casa de banho privativas.
Acesso a amplos espaços partilhados totalmente equipados (cozinha, sala de TV, espaço de coworking, terraço).
Inúmeros serviços incluídos no aluguer (Wi-Fi, Netflix, lavandaria, bicicletas e carros eléctricos, quarto de hóspedes, café ilimitado...).
Um representante residente e um zelador disponíveis 5 dias por semana.
As nossas residências estão situadas em Rungis, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordéus e La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
I really had a good time here and loved meeting new people in the coliving ✨✨
