Compose Habitations are designed for anyone in a situation of mobility or transition, whether personal or professional, such as those settling into a new city and not wishing to live alone daily.
Our offer includes:
Brand-new, turnkey studios with private kitchenettes and bathrooms.
Access to extensive fully-equipped shared spaces (kitchen, TV lounge, coworking space, terrace).
Numerous services included in the rent (Wi-Fi, Netflix, laundry, electric bicycles and cars, guest room, unlimited coffee...).
A resident representative and caretaker available 5 days a week.
Our residences are located in Rungis, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux, and La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
I really had a good time here and loved meeting new people in the coliving ✨✨
I stayed there for about 3 months. We had everything we needed, just to drop off our bags. A very friendly welcome. Thank you again.

Residence at the TOP! Secure, clean, quiet. Close to the tram and the Marcel Michelin stadium. The apartments and common areas are tastefully decorated. The icing on the cake is the support group on WhatsApp and especially our contact person, dynamic and friendly, whom we can rely on.
We had an amazing three-month stay there. Everything was great, and we had no issues at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available when needed. The car-sharing and bicycle-sharing services made getting around so much easier. We also enjoyed participating in the events organized by the coliving, which gave us the chance to meet other residents and feel part of the community. Overall, it was a good experience, and I highly recommend it!
The perfect place to settle in when you don't know the city! The coliving accommodations are great, the people are very nice, and the welcome and management are excellent! I recommend it 100%
