I Compose Habitations sono pensati per chi si trova in una situazione di mobilità o di transizione, personale o professionale, come chi si stabilisce in una nuova città e non desidera vivere da solo ogni giorno.
La nostra offerta comprende:
Monolocali nuovi di zecca, chiavi in mano, con angolo cottura e bagno privato.
Accesso ad ampi spazi condivisi completamente attrezzati (cucina, sala TV, spazio di coworking, terrazza).
Numerosi servizi inclusi nell'affitto (Wi-Fi, Netflix, lavanderia, biciclette e auto elettriche, stanza degli ospiti, caffè illimitato...).
Un rappresentante e un custode residenti disponibili 5 giorni alla settimana.
I nostri residence si trovano a Rungis, Lione, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux e La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
I really had a good time here and loved meeting new people in the coliving ✨✨
