La nostra offerta comprende:

Accesso ad ampi spazi condivisi completamente attrezzati (cucina, sala TV, spazio di coworking, terrazza).
Numerosi servizi inclusi nell'affitto (Wi-Fi, Netflix, lavanderia, biciclette e auto elettriche, stanza degli ospiti, caffè illimitato...).
Un rappresentante e un custode residenti disponibili 5 giorni alla settimana.
I nostri residence si trovano a Rungis, Lione, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Bordeaux e La Roche-sur-Yon.

High-end amenities, comprehensive services with everything on site for a very pleasant stay as a bonus. A personalized welcome; in short, for a student or a young professional awaiting relocation, it's ideal.
I was able to stay in this coliving for 10 months, and the experience was truly incredible.
The services provided, the neighbors on my floor and other floors were always super friendly, and we organized group meals together on several occasions.
I recommend it for a short or even a long stay.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
My son moved in last April. He immediately felt welcomed. The residence is almost new with high-end materials. The coliving system offered by the host is great. He has his own fully equipped studio and a common area in the coliving. The WhatsApp group created for each floor allows exchanges and makes it easier for residents to meet. The car-sharing cars and the bikes are a real plus. And for family or friends, the free guest room with simple reservation is just wonderful. We highly recommend the residence.
Finally, the manager is always attentive, offers good advice, and is very accommodating.
