Los Compose Habitations están pensados para cualquier persona en situación de movilidad o transición, ya sea personal o profesional, como quienes se instalan en una nueva ciudad y no desean vivir solos a diario.
Nuestra oferta incluye:
Estudios a estrenar, llave en mano, con cocina y baño privados.
Acceso a amplios espacios compartidos totalmente equipados (cocina, sala de TV, espacio de coworking, terraza).
Numerosos servicios incluidos en el alquiler (Wi-Fi, Netflix, lavandería, bicicletas y coches eléctricos, habitación de invitados, café ilimitado...).
Un representante residente y un conserje disponibles 5 días a la semana.
Nuestras residencias se encuentran en Rungis, Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand, Nantes, Angers, Burdeos y La Roche-sur-Yon.

It's called coliving, but we could also call it Co-Love-In.
Karine and Lucie are amazing. When there is an issue with the coliving, the technicians intervene quickly. You meet great people at the coliving; it's truly a fantastic concept.
I arrived with only two suitcases 🧳 🧳 and the coliving had everything I needed, furnished and well-equipped 😃
The building is quiet and secure, and it’s super convenient to go to downtown by tram or bus 🚌
The manager of the residence is very responsive, and the neighbors are really nice and always ready to help 📳
I really had a good time here and loved meeting new people in the coliving ✨✨
