Over Nomadico Coliving
Ons doel:
- We bouwen aan een netwerk van betaalbare en authentieke woongemeenschappen voor nomaden en telewerkers. Onze kernwaarden zijn lokale impact, duurzaamheid en avontuur.
Hoe het begon:
-Nomadico begon in 2022 toen onze oprichter Bill verliefd werd op Madeira in Cecilia's pension. Het had alles - behalve een gemeenschap van nomaden. Dus bouwden we er een.
Nu veranderen we lokale huizen in wereldwijde hubs waar telewerkers kunnen verbinden, creëren en ontdekken.
Wat we doen:
- We werken samen met lokale bedrijven, vaak buiten het hoogseizoen, om hen te helpen hun onderbenutte ruimte om te zetten in levendige colivings. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat ze aan alle voorwaarden voldoen (ruimteontwerp, gemeenschap, avonturen) zodat ze lid kunnen worden van ons netwerk en geweldige communityleden zoals jij kunnen ontvangen.

- Wij zijn digitale nomaden, telewerkers & colive/cowork liefhebbers! Wij zijn gepassioneerd over het creëren van levendige ruimtes waar de hedendaagse professionals op afstand kunnen verbinden en gedijen. We zijn er altijd om te inspireren en te versterken.
Het draait bij ons allemaal om betekenisvolle verbindingen, gedeelde avonturen en het leuker maken van werk en privé. Laten we samen de wereld een beetje meer episch maken!

Great location right in the beautiful historic center of the city. Spacious rooms, good communal areas, and a community manager on-site.
Great coliving with beautiful rooms and facilities. The host really makes the experience special by facilitating trips and local experiences, which was much appreciated 🙏
I really enjoyed my stay at the host. It was great being surrounded by other people building businesses and the regular events and dinners were a lot of fun. It was surreal walking up and down the famous Lapa steps to get into town, and the Santa Teresa neighborhood was funky and cool.
The coliving has very good references and is cozy; recommended.
Had a great time here. Beautiful space and rooftop. Situated in a safe, local neighborhood with lots of parks, gyms, cafes within walking distance. The community manager did a great job of organizing activities and dinners.
Stayed here for a month during my time in the area. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a long stay. The place is new, clean, and comfortable. The host is wonderful and puts a lot of effort into sustaining the small community at the coliving.
The best coliving experience that I have had so far as a digital nomad! This place is 10/10 and I am definitely coming back :)
The best coliving I have stayed at thus far! The community and events are organized, the hosts are truly the sweetest, and the space itself is very cozy. The coworking space is a great and relaxing place to work, and the rooftop is great to unwind. A great neighborhood in front of a family park and not too far from some cute cafes. This place truly felt like home.

Overall, my experience with the host has been wonderful. The villa is beautiful and the location within a small authentic village is perfect. I love the garden and the animals, and a staff member who takes care of the villa so beautifully is the glue that keeps everything together, making sure everyone sleeps well and is comfortable, plus so much more. The co-working space is lovely, cool, and quiet. There is room for improvement in the structure of the weekly community activities and in the communication of how and when co-livers should contribute to certain elements of taking care of the house/weekly activities.
