About Nomadico Coliving

Nomadico offers coliving homes for Remote Workers and Digital Nomads, with a focus on building community with people, not for people.

Our goal:
- We are building a network of affordable and authentic community coliving spaces for nomads and remote workers. Our core values are local impact, sustainability and adventure.

How It Started:
-Nomadico kicked off in 2022 when our founder Bill fell in love with Madeira at Cecilia’s guesthouse. It had everything - except a community of nomads. So, we built one.
Now, we’re turning local homes into global hubs where remote workers can connect, create, and explore.

What We Do:
- We team up with local businesses, often outside of the peak season, to help them turn their underutilized space into vibrant colivings. Together we make sure all the coliving boxes are ticked (space design, community, adventures) so they can join our network and start receiving awesome community members like you.

The Nomadico Team:
- We are digital nomads, remote workers & colive/cowork lovers! We're passionate about creating vibrant spaces where today's remote pros can connect and thrive. Always ahead of the curve, we're here to inspire and empower.

We’re all about meaningful connections, shared adventures, and making work-life more fun. Let’s make the world a little more epic—together!

I had such a great time during my 2 weeks at this coliving. I met an amazing community of digital nomads with the same schedule as mine, which made it easier to socialize! I was in the Leopard room and could often see peacocks roaming around on my balcony; what a great experience! You are within a 15-minute walk to the city center, which is doable, but having a scooter is more convenient.

The internet was great for me as well, allowing me to have my work calls without any problem :)

This was my first stay and hopefully not the last! I had an amazing week in Tarifa, Spain. I met amazing people and got to explore a new part of the world. It was wonderful to have a sense of community and still be able to do my own thing. This is such an incredible opportunity for nomads and I would 100/10 do it again!

Really enjoyed my time at slow life. The coliving is great, the people were lovely, and the working area was nicely set up. It's a bit outside of central Hiriketiya, but I quite liked that.

I'd definitely come again 😊

I had a great month here at a coliving in Rio de Janeiro. The place is perfect for a bunch of Digital Nomads, since you have a lot of communal areas, but at the same time enough privacy and quiet areas, since everything is divided on 4 floors. The community manager was awesome, organized a bunch of cool things, and made sure that we joined the best blocos during Carnaval.

I spent a month at a coliving in Tamraght using their community and coworking pass, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my stay in Morocco.

The community was inclusive and welcoming, and I felt quickly a part of it even without living there. The people passing through the coliving are really interesting—entrepreneurs, remote workers, creators, travelers—and conversations happen very naturally. I met people from all over the world and had some genuinely thoughtful discussions during my time there.

The coworking space is also quite iconic. It has a very distinctive atmosphere—relaxed but focused—and it’s the kind of place where you can work productively while still feeling part of something social and alive around you.

Really loved my time at Casa da Gente with the crew!

Special mention to our community manager—she’s the best! She organized amazing family dinners and a unique Carnival experience that I’ll always love to remember. She’s always sharing the best tips and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re settled and welcomed before you even step through the door. She really makes the community what it is!

On the other hand, the coliving space is super well laid out and actually equipped for people who work—the internet is solid and there are dedicated spots to get stuff done. The kitchen is great, the whole place is kept very clean, and the staff are legends (genuinely so helpful).

Santa Teresa is a beautiful, artsy neighborhood and it's surprisingly easy to get around with two metros nearby. Amazing views, too.

Perfect for a long stay and to feel in community in beautiful Rio!

Wonderful little gem just outside of busy areas. Beautiful rooms, convenient coworking with reliable WiFi and warm energy from everyone. Was always very caring and considerate about everything (wish I met you in person! :D). Would’ve loved to stay longer to connect more to the other guests, but that’s a good reason to be back some day 🫶🏼

I arrived at this coliving with the hopeful naïveté of someone who believed the brochure. A creative sanctuary, a community of explorers, a place to be inspired in one of the most beautiful corners of the world. What I found instead was, impressively, the 9–5 — just relocated to a picturesque setting. The location is undeniably stunning. Truly. The ocean, the landscape, the light — all extraordinary. The people outside the accommodation? Warm, grounded, refreshingly human. Ironically, they provided more of a sense of welcome than the place marketed as “community.” This coliving promotes itself as a space for creatives, remote thinkers, and open-minded wanderers. What I experienced felt closer to a carefully curated social ecosystem. There is a subtle but palpable mold — and if you do not quite fit it, the temperature drops a few degrees. It is described as a community. In practice, it often felt more like a tribe. A community allows space for difference; a tribe requires alignment. A community invites contribution; a tribe monitors it. In a community, one wrong word is a misunderstanding. In a tribe, it’s a social infraction. I learned that silence is often the safest contribution. Much of my time was spent navigating what can only be described as a social minefield. The kind where conversations feel less like connection and more like auditions. Where “authenticity” is encouraged, provided it aligns with the prevailing tone. As for the practicalities: the Wi-Fi was spotty — an interesting feature for a place built around remote work. I never used the coworking space; by the time I considered it, the atmosphere had already made clear that productivity was less about work and more about social positioning. I came for inspiration, not performance. For openness, not calibration. For creative friction, not careful self-editing. In the end, the greatest luxury I found was outside the accommodation — in the surrounding town, in conversations unburdened by subtext, in moments where I didn’t feel like I was navigating an invisible handbook. The setting is beautiful. The concept is appealing. The reality, for me, was a well-lit version of something I thought I had left behind. A lesson learned.

Great time here, thanks so much to the managers. Great people, always there to help. See you again next year!
