Sobre Nomadico Coliving
O nosso objetivo:
- Estamos a construir uma rede de espaços comunitários de coliving acessíveis e autênticos para nómadas e trabalhadores remotos. Os nossos valores fundamentais são o impacto local, a sustentabilidade e a aventura.
Como começou:
-Nomadico arrancou em 2022 quando o nosso fundador Bill se apaixonou pela Madeira na guesthouse da Cecília. Tinha tudo - exceto uma comunidade de nómadas. Por isso, construímos uma.
Agora, estamos a transformar as casas locais em centros globais onde os trabalhadores remotos podem ligar-se, criar e explorar.
O que fazemos:
- Fazemos equipa com empresas locais, muitas vezes fora da época alta, para as ajudar a transformar os seus espaços subutilizados em colivings vibrantes. Juntos, certificamo-nos de que todos os requisitos do coliving estão preenchidos (design do espaço, comunidade, aventuras) para que possam juntar-se à nossa rede e começar a receber membros da comunidade fantásticos como você.
A equipa Nomadico:
- Somos nómadas digitais, trabalhadores remotos e amantes do coliving/cowork! Somos apaixonados pela criação de espaços vibrantes onde os profissionais remotos de hoje podem ligar-se e prosperar. Sempre à frente da curva, estamos aqui para inspirar e capacitar.
O que nos interessa são as ligações significativas, as aventuras partilhadas e tornar a vida profissional mais divertida. Vamos tornar o mundo um pouco mais épico - juntos!

Great location right in the beautiful historic center of the city. Spacious rooms, good communal areas, and a community manager on-site.

I really enjoyed my stay at the host. It was great being surrounded by other people building businesses and the regular events and dinners were a lot of fun. It was surreal walking up and down the famous Lapa steps to get into town, and the Santa Teresa neighborhood was funky and cool.
The coliving has very good references and is cozy; recommended.
Had a great time here. Beautiful space and rooftop. Situated in a safe, local neighborhood with lots of parks, gyms, cafes within walking distance. The community manager did a great job of organizing activities and dinners.
Stayed here for a month during my time in the area. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a long stay. The place is new, clean, and comfortable. The host is wonderful and puts a lot of effort into sustaining the small community at the coliving.
The best coliving experience that I have had so far as a digital nomad! This place is 10/10 and I am definitely coming back :)
The best coliving I have stayed at thus far! The community and events are organized, the hosts are truly the sweetest, and the space itself is very cozy. The coworking space is a great and relaxing place to work, and the rooftop is great to unwind. A great neighborhood in front of a family park and not too far from some cute cafes. This place truly felt like home.

Overall, my experience with the host has been wonderful. The villa is beautiful and the location within a small authentic village is perfect. I love the garden and the animals, and a staff member who takes care of the villa so beautifully is the glue that keeps everything together, making sure everyone sleeps well and is comfortable, plus so much more. The co-working space is lovely, cool, and quiet. There is room for improvement in the structure of the weekly community activities and in the communication of how and when co-livers should contribute to certain elements of taking care of the house/weekly activities.
