Circa Nomadico Coliving
Il nostro obiettivo:
- Stiamo costruendo una rete di spazi abitativi comunitari accessibili e autentici per nomadi e lavoratori a distanza. I nostri valori fondamentali sono l'impatto locale, la sostenibilità e l'avventura.
Come è iniziato:
-Nomadico ha preso il via nel 2022, quando il nostro fondatore Bill si è innamorato di Madeira, nella pensione di Cecilia. Aveva tutto, tranne una comunità di nomadi. Così ne abbiamo costruita una.
Ora stiamo trasformando le case locali in centri globali dove i lavoratori remoti possono connettersi, creare ed esplorare.
Cosa facciamo:
- Collaboriamo con le aziende locali, spesso al di fuori dell'alta stagione, per aiutarle a trasformare i loro spazi sottoutilizzati in vivaci coliving. Insieme ci assicuriamo che tutte le caselle del coliving siano spuntate (design dello spazio, comunità, avventure) in modo che possano entrare a far parte della nostra rete e iniziare a ricevere fantastici membri della comunità come voi.
Il team Nomadico:
- Siamo nomadi digitali, lavoratori a distanza e amanti del colive/cowork! Siamo appassionati di creazione di spazi vivaci dove i professionisti remoti di oggi possono connettersi e prosperare. Sempre all'avanguardia, siamo qui per ispirare e potenziare.
Siamo tutti interessati alle connessioni significative, alle avventure condivise e a rendere la vita lavorativa più divertente. Rendiamo il mondo un po' più epico, insieme!

I really enjoyed my stay at the host. It was great being surrounded by other people building businesses and the regular events and dinners were a lot of fun. It was surreal walking up and down the famous Lapa steps to get into town, and the Santa Teresa neighborhood was funky and cool.
The coliving has very good references and is cozy; recommended.
Had a great time here. Beautiful space and rooftop. Situated in a safe, local neighborhood with lots of parks, gyms, cafes within walking distance. The community manager did a great job of organizing activities and dinners.
Stayed here for a month during my time in the area. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a long stay. The place is new, clean, and comfortable. The host is wonderful and puts a lot of effort into sustaining the small community at the coliving.
The best coliving experience that I have had so far as a digital nomad! This place is 10/10 and I am definitely coming back :)
The best coliving I have stayed at thus far! The community and events are organized, the hosts are truly the sweetest, and the space itself is very cozy. The coworking space is a great and relaxing place to work, and the rooftop is great to unwind. A great neighborhood in front of a family park and not too far from some cute cafes. This place truly felt like home.

Overall, my experience with the host has been wonderful. The villa is beautiful and the location within a small authentic village is perfect. I love the garden and the animals, and a staff member who takes care of the villa so beautifully is the glue that keeps everything together, making sure everyone sleeps well and is comfortable, plus so much more. The co-working space is lovely, cool, and quiet. There is room for improvement in the structure of the weekly community activities and in the communication of how and when co-livers should contribute to certain elements of taking care of the house/weekly activities.
