Nomadico Coliving

I spent four incredible weeks in [redacted location]. It was my first coliving experience, and everything went really well. Having a community manager to organize group activities makes everything so much easier: I made friends quickly while working, and I could join parties or hiking tours on the weekends.I’ll definitely come back for Carnival!A special thank you to the host, who made everything so epic!

I spent a month working remotely at the host and everything went really well. Comfortable space, reliable Wi-Fi, and a great atmosphere for both working and relaxing.
A special mention to a staff member's cooking: her homemade meals were one of the highlights of my stay!

We stayed at this property during its opening month and had a really great experience! The property itself is very nice as you can see in the pictures, it has a few different coworking and hangout spaces and a nice view of the volcano from the roof deck. It's a little further out from Centro in Santa Ana, which can be a pro and a con; it takes longer to walk places, but you are away from a lot of the street noise and there are some great trails nearby. Having stayed a few other times in Antigua, I enjoyed the change of scenery. I'm not sure if the host will always be there, but the host was friendly and very inviting as well.

Stayed here for a month as the property transitioned to this host - highly recommend! It’s a really beautiful property with very kind, thoughtful, present hosts. Great spot, a little outside of centro but I really enjoyed both the walk into town and the peace and quiet of Santa Ana.

I absolutely loved staying at this house. The property is beautiful and so serene. The rooms were really comfy and the coffee station was great for early mornings. The house was about a 25-minute walk from town and felt really safe.

I spent more than two months at the coliving, and I can honestly say this is one of those experiences you should have at least once in your life.The area is an incredible place to actually live, not just visit. You can work, surf, play volleyball, go to the gym, enjoy beautiful beaches and great bars, and meet people from all over the world.I met so many people who arrived at the coliving thinking they would stay for just one week, and before they knew it, they had already been there for more than a month. I think that says a lot about this place.But for me, the real star of the house is a staff member. They work at the house, but they became so much more than that to me. They are someone local you have the privilege of meeting, connecting with, and learning from. So if you stay here, please take care of them. Talk to them, learn from them, and appreciate them. I’m sure you’ll love them as much as I do.One of the most beautiful things about traveling the world, for me, is realizing that traveling isn’t just about seeing beautiful places. It’s about connecting with people, understanding different cultures, and allowing those experiences to expand the way you see the world. And I think the coliving gives you the opportunity to experience exactly that.The owner, together with a team member, is very flexible and genuinely cares about creating the best possible experience for everyone staying at the house.And I think this is also what makes the host special: they genuinely care about your experience. It’s not only about having a place to stay and work; it’s about creating a sense of community, connecting people with the place they are living in, and making you feel part of something.After spending these months here, I can say that the values the host talks about are values I actually experienced. Connection, local impact, adventure, co-creation, and especially the feeling that you can travel the world without simply passing through it.For me, that is what traveling should be: not only seeing new places, but allowing the people and cultures you meet to change your perspective a little.I’m sure you’ll have an incredible experience here.For me, the coliving wasn’t just a place to stay. For a little while, it really felt like home. ❤️

I stayed with this host for a month and then again for another three weeks. I had a great time, met great people, and got to enjoy the natural beauty behind the popular beach town. The house manager who looks after the house is an absolute treasure and an all-time top-tier human. Our community manager was dedicated to the role, being proactive in making the house and our experience as good as possible. Another major draw is the office space, with powerful air conditioning, great chairs/desks, and backup power for the wifi, which was always fast. One thing that wasn’t amazing was the outdoor kitchen, which wasn't well set up, and the one fridge was a bit small for the six-plus people in the house. The area was an amazing place to stay, even in the off-season if you enjoy a more low-key side of jungle-meets-ocean, and it provides a mix of local culture/food/atmosphere and western-style cafes. Definitely recommend a stay with this host.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Super spacious coworking space, comfortable room, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The community manager was also incredibly kind and lovely, and she organized activities for the guests to do together, which made it really easy to meet people and feel part of the community. I had such a great experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back!

I stayed here for 3 weeks in August/September and it was a beautiful experience! People are friendly, the co-working is great, and the property itself is spectacular
