Nomadico Coliving

I stayed at the host for a month in July 2025 and had such a great time.The location is perfect. You’re on the main road so you can walk to the town center, into the national forest for hikes and cold plunges, and everything else you need like the coworking, gym, grocery stores, and cafes.The living setup was really comfortable. I had a private room with my own bathroom and even a couch.The digital nomad community in the town is seriously strong. There are always events and activities happening.The coworking space is a great place for actually getting work done, and your membership is included when you stay with the host, which is a HUGE perk.The town is ideal if you want a mountain town with strong community and outdoor activities without sacrificing productivity.

This coliving is clean and welcoming. The hosts take a lot of care to maintain the property. The house is full of beautiful, thriving plants and areas to cook and hang out. The rooms have private bathrooms and kitchenettes with modern finishes that feel luxurious. This is my second stay and this time I opted to stay several months because last time I was so productive working in the hosts' beautiful coworking space where the WiFi is strong, the chairs are ergonomic, the tables are sturdy, the ceilings are high and the space is light and bright.

I had a great time at this host. It was my first co-living experience, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was even better than I imagined. I loved the people the most, of course. I also liked the setup - there are activities you can join if you want, but you don't have to. That was perfect for me as I sometimes need to work late, or meet people outside of this host, or just enjoy some quiet time. The place itself was great too. Highly recommend it!

I came to the city looking for coliving, coworking and community, and found all three at the host.

I met genuinely great people here, made real friends, and we explored and experienced the city together in a way I never would have solo.

If you're after the same, look no further.

Overall, my experience with the host has been wonderful. The villa is beautiful and the location within a small authentic village is perfect. I love the garden and the animals, and a staff member who takes care of the villa so beautifully is the glue that keeps everything together, making sure everyone sleeps well and is comfortable, plus so much more. The co-working space is lovely, cool, and quiet. There is room for improvement in the structure of the weekly community activities and in the communication of how and when co-livers should contribute to certain elements of taking care of the house/weekly activities.

Great location right in the beautiful historic center of the city. Spacious rooms, good communal areas, and a community manager on-site.

I really enjoyed my stay at the host. It was great being surrounded by other people building businesses and the regular events and dinners were a lot of fun. It was surreal walking up and down the famous Lapa steps to get into town, and the Santa Teresa neighborhood was funky and cool.

The coliving has very good references and is cozy; recommended.
