À propos de Nomadico Coliving
Notre objectif :
- Nous construisons un réseau d'espaces de vie communautaire abordables et authentiques pour les nomades et les travailleurs à distance. Nos valeurs fondamentales sont l'impact local, la durabilité et l'aventure.
Comment cela a commencé :

I had an incredible three weeks at the host! We stayed in a lovely inn and the views were great. Our incredible community manager (shoutout to the community manager!) made sure our weeks were filled with great events and truly fostered an amazing community.
Very nice
I spent time at the host's property and it’s a true gem! The property is so beautiful and thoughtfully decorated—feels like a spa environment. The coworking space is great to work from and has super-fast internet. Community is great—shoutout to staff for fun activities; the whale watching was my favorite! The location is perfect right next to the beach and lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and dessert places within a ten-minute walk. True serenity.
Spent 2 months with the hosts and had a great time. The hosts are warm, helpful and know all the best spots in town. The house attracts like-minded people and has everything you need for short- or longer-term stays. Highly recommend.
The property was the perfect stay in the area. I was looking for a place I could comfortably and reliably do remote work from and enjoy the area. It is a 15-minute walk from three different beaches, it's a 5-minute walk from restaurants, bars, tiendas, and a 10-minute walk to a large grocery store. The room I booked was spacious, well equipped, and impeccably clean. On top of that, a staff member was so sweet and caring. She had a ton of suggestions, organized events, and planned our family dinner during my stay.I would like to emphasize that finding a place in the area with reliable internet was my #1 priority, and I am so glad I found it.Overall, a phenomenal stay!
Had a great time at the host in the area! I’ve stayed at a few of this host's properties now, and I love all the events planned and the cool people to meet. The view at this house is amazing, and the layout is social but can be pretty private if you desire. I would totally come back. And the neighborhood has everything you could want within walking distance - food, grocery, bakeries, gym, and the beach are all right there.
The host is the best I've ever had in a coliving, and the quality is absolutely cozier than any big coliving or anything like that, so it's pretty nice. Highly recommend.
I stayed two months at the host's house and it was pure magic. The lush garden was the perfect setting both for working and for chilling by the salt-water pool. We had family dinners around the BBQ and used the outdoor fire pit. What I liked the most was how equipped the kitchen was. It is rare to find a shared kitchen with so many utensils and appliances. Lastly, the host is an amazing woman, always ready to show us around and tell us stories about the town and its history. She also had the cutest dog that kept asking to be petted.
I came to this town for the Digital Nomad Festival and stayed with the host for two weeks, which is fairly short for me. As always with the host, the community and coliving manager were awesome. The manager in this town is genuinely a fun person who actually listens and cares about whatever tiny problem might come up. I asked for an extra work table in my room and had it within hours. That kind of attention is rare. The coworking space is included with your stay, and it's properly set up—professional equipment and a beautiful view of the mountains. This town itself is lovely without being overrun. You can actually move around without battling crowds, and the nature around it is stunning. It's the kind of place where you remember why you chose the nomad life in the first place. If I had to pick one thing to improve: the coliving didn't have a cozy hangout space. But honestly, it didn't matter much because the manager and the vibe of the people there meant things happened naturally anyway.
I spent three weeks on site and can highly recommend the accommodation, especially for digital nomads. The quiet location in the middle of nature creates ideal conditions for focused work. The pool is perfect for cooling off in between or after work. The hosts are extremely committed and place great importance on cleanliness and a pleasant community. Regular group outings and family dinners are organized, making it easy to get in touch with other guests. There is also regularly an authentic, homemade paella in a specially made device.Particularly noteworthy is the very fast internet. In addition, there are two separate internet connections, so that if one connection fails, you can still work reliably. This is a big plus for remote workers.Since the accommodation is quite remote, I would recommend renting a car. This keeps you flexible and allows you to explore the surroundings without difficulty.I would still have two small suggestions for improvement. While all rooms and the coworking area are air-conditioned, the ground-floor room currently does not yet have air conditioning. Adding one would significantly increase comfort. Also, the driveway gets a bit tight when many guests arrive by car. Perhaps part of the garden could be used as additional parking space in the future.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back at any time. Thank you for the lovely time!
