Before your check-in (at least one week in advance), you’ll need to pay directly to us the following one-time payments:

Management fee (based on the length of your stay, from 250 to 500 €).

We handle all the paperwork, legal compliance, and onboarding logistics in a fully digital and secure process.

We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival, including digital access to the apartment and delivery of your keys, bed linen,

Weekly cleaning of common areas:
Our cleaning team maintains the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) every week to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Ongoing tenant support:
A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that
may arise.
Community setup & communications:
We’ll add you to the apartment’s WhatsApp group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management
team to support a harmonious shared living environment.
To prepare your contract and ensure we’re aligned with local regulations, we’ll also need a few documents from you after reservation payment is complete:
A valid photo ID (NIE, TIE, or passport).
Your residency address (even if temporary or in your home country).
If you're a student: an official university acceptance letter.
If you're a worker: a job offer or employment contract.

Zodra je reservering is bevestigd via het platform, nemen we via e-mail contact met je op om je door de volgende stappen te loodsen. Je hebt tot een week voor je check-in om de resterende eenmalige betalingen te voltooien:

Zodra deze zijn voltooid, beginnen we met het opstellen van je digitale huurovereenkomst.
De beheerkosten omvatten een breed scala aan diensten die zijn ontworpen om je verblijf soepel, veilig en probleemloos te laten verlopen:

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in tijd is vanaf 15:00 uur. Check-out tijd is voor 10:00 op je vertrekdag.
Borg:
Een borg gelijk aan een maand huur is vereist. Deze wordt terugbetaald na het uitchecken, na een inspectie om er zeker van te zijn dat het appartement in goede staat wordt achtergelaten.
Huisregels:
- Houd gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoon en respecteer de ruimte van anderen
- Geen feestjes of hard geluid, vooral tijdens rustige uren (22:00-8:00)
- Alle bezoeken moeten van tevoren worden gecommuniceerd en moeten in overeenstemming zijn met de leefnormen van de gemeenschap
- Roken is niet toegestaan in het appartement
